Amaranthus Green, often referred to as Green Amaranth or Leafy Amaranth, is a visually striking plant known for its vibrant green foliage. Here’s a detailed description:

Appearance:

Leaves: The plant features broad, lush green leaves that can be smooth or slightly crinkled. The foliage is usually deep green, providing a rich backdrop to the colorful flower clusters.
Flowers: While the leaves are the main attraction, Amaranthus Green produces elongated flower spikes that can be greenish or light yellow. These flower clusters are feathery and can create a dramatic effect as they rise above the foliage.

Growth Habit:

Height: The plant typically grows between 2 to 5 feet tall, depending on the variety and growing conditions.
Form: It has a bushy and upright growth habit, making it a great focal point in garden beds or borders.

Growing Conditions:

Thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, and it is tolerant of heat and drought conditions.
It’s also relatively low maintenance, making it suitable for various garden styles.

IMPORTANT:

Farm-fresh, wholesale grade
Our flowers ship straight from the farm and are packed as shown in the second photo on the product page to protect them in transit and extend shelf life. Because they are farm-fresh and minimally handled, natural imperfections - such as minor bruising, bent or occasionally broken buds/stems - can occur. This is normal. A quick trim, rehydration, and light arranging on arrival will help them open beautifully.

Bloom & longevity:
Actual appearance will vary as blooms continue to open with proper care. We take great care in selecting and packing, but once delivered, longevity depends on handling and environment.

Safety:
For ornamental use only; not for human or animal consumption. Some flowers may cause skin/eye irritation and can be harmful if eaten. Please wash hands after handling and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Brand, origin, and packaging may vary depending on availability unless a specific brand is stated in the product title.
